October 2015. I bought this small twig off ebay for £6, hoping that it would survive the winter.
May 1st, you can see it has started into growth with 2 growing points. To get large leaves you should only keep 1 growing point, but this year I just want the plant to grow well, so will leave it as is for the time being
July 2016
September 2016 its up to 3ft tall and 3ft wide with 1ft leaves
October 2nd, With fork for scale
